IMATS/L.A. 2005: Another Year, A Whole New Show  by Michael Mallory
IMATS/L.A. 2005: Another Year, A Whole New Show

Make-Up Artist magazine promised the “biggest make-up show ever” for 2005 in Pasadena. It was a tall order, but we delivered. Among highlights of the show, held at the Pasadena Convention Center on June 25-26, were keynote addresses by Dave Elsey (Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith), Scott Barnes (celebrity make-up artist) and Bill Corso (Oscar® winner for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events.) We recap the student make-up competition, museum highlights and the exhibit hall.
