"Winning the Emmy this year was an incredible experience," said
Amy Tagliamonti. "To be recognized by the immense talent that embodies
the Academy of Television of Arts and Sciences for our work on SNL and
with Betty White was overwhelming, in the best way possible. Winning as a
team with my dear friends Louie Zakarian and Joshua Turi made the whole
experience so special. Win or lose, being there together meant more
than I can really put into words. Working on Saturday Night Live is a dream come true. Winning an Emmy for that work is unbelievable.
Winning an Emmy for Saturday Night Live with Louie and Josh is
priceless."
An edited telecast of the show aired Aug. 27 on
E! Entertainment Television.
