Change
of Address
Please be sure to inform us
of any change of address information
as soon as possible to assure
you never miss an issue.
A change of address needs to be received on the 15th of the month before we publish. It is easy to change
your address on-line by
clicking
here.
If you experience problems,

Note: It is your responsibility
to have all of your mail forwarded.
We have no further obligation
to replace issues in which we did not receive the address change by the deadline of publication.

Making
Payments
Simply click here
to make your payment on-line.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Other methods of payment include
mailing a check* or money order
in (US funds only). Send your
payment along with your invoice

NE 112th Ave. Suite D-8, Vancouver,
WA 98682. You may also pay using
a credit card by calling our
office at (360) 882-3488 or
faxing us at (360) 885-1836.
*All
bounced checks will result in
immediate termination of your
subscription, plus a $25 fee.

Subscription
Renewal
You can renew your subscription
on-line by clicking here.
We will send you a renewal notice
approximately one month prior
to sending your final issue.
If you do not receive your renewal
notice, and you believe it is
time to renew, please call our
office at (360) 882-3488 or
send an e-mail to subscriptions@makeupmag.com.
You may also renew your subscription
by sending a check or money
order in (US funds only) along
with your invoice to Make-Up
Artist Magazine, Subscriptions

is important that renewal payments

magazine will be delivered without
a lapse in service.

Missing
Magazines

If you believe you have missed
an issue click
here, or call our office
at (360) 882-3488. Please
allow extra delivery time for
magazines delivered outside
the USA. It can sometimes
take 4 - 6 weeks for magazines
to reach some international
destinations. When
you fail to receive a magazine
for which you have paid, it
is important to notify us as
soon as possible and no later
than one year from the date
of publication of the missing
magazine.
Note: If the Post Office alerts
us that your magazine is undeliverable,
we have no further obligation
to replace that issue.

published bi-monthly so you will
receive six (6) issues per year.

a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription
at any time, and receive a full
refund on any un-mailed issues.
